Umm Said Refinery is a leading independent producer of oil and gas in Qatar. Presently, we supply more than 3.6 million barrels of crude oil and feedstocks per day to the worldwide refining industry.

Umm Said Refinery's project portfolio is composed of approximately 70% Hard-to-recover reserves. These reserves are comprised of residual deposits in depleted fields, low-concentration and low-porosity reservoirs that require the application of advanced horizontal and multilateral well drilling technologies. Umm Said Refinery utilizes state-of-the-art downhole equipment, remote online monitoring technology, and streamlined organizational processes to facilitate optimal drilling conditions and cost savings.
